Lucky Lou is the solo project of Stockholm-based artist, songwriter and producer Louise Lindberg. After establishing herself as an internationally successful songwriter, she turned her focus towards creating a musical world entirely of her own – defined by raw storytelling, ’80s-inspired minimalism and a distinctly hands-on, DIY approach to production.
Her songs explore broken friendships, trauma, unanswered love and the complicated emotions that exist between vulnerability and self-preservation. In 2024, she introduced the project with her self-produced debut EP Dance Melancholia, featuring songs including Space and Leave Me Alone.
In 2026, Lucky Lou returned with Nokia, a collaboration with Swedish electronic duo NOTD. The release brought her emotionally direct songwriting into a more immediate, dance-oriented setting and marked the beginning of a new chapter for the project.
