Maria Hazell is a Swedish artist and songwriter who has been active with music since she was four years old. Beginning life as a demo singer for Max Martin, Maria was always more infatuated with song writing, eager to learn the different parts of creating music. This obsession helped her to develop her own musical identity, which made her initial step into the world of solo artistry possible.

In 2014, debut single ‘Say It Like You Mean It’ caught the attention of fans and industry folk alike, sealing her a spot on Spotify’s ‘Women to keep an eye on 2014’ list and a nomination for ‘Rookie artist of the year’ at the Denniz Pop Awards.
